My furnished double room in a two-bedroom flat in Kennington is available from 30 November 2026 while I am away. Ideally looking for someone for around three months, with flexibility on duration.

£1,575 per calendar month excluding bills. Bills are payable separately.

You would be sharing with just one other person, my flatmate Alexander. It is a non-smoking household with no pets.

The flat is in a gated development at Stannary Place, with a shared living area, a mezzanine and a balcony. Kennington and Oval stations are nearby.
