Double room in friendly flat share near Oval tube

Double room available in our 3 bed flat in Kennington/oval from 1st August. The room is furnished, with a double bed/mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Our current flatmate is moving out to study in Spain.

There is a large living room & TV, separate kitchen, bathroom/toilet & shower room and a private next door utility room with washing machine, room for drying clothes and storing bikes etc.

The flat is on the first floor of a block in a great location near Oval (5min walk) and Vauxhall (12) as well as loads of bus routes. There's a 24h NISA supermarket round the corner, a big Tesco 5 minutes walk away, Kennington Park just round the corner and some really good pubs, restaurants, cafes and a Saturday farmers market in walking distance.

We're Ray, and Dan, we're relaxed and social people. Ray enjoys music and going to gigs. Dan works in marketing for an outdoor apparel company, enjoy running and the pub. We're not picky about the interests of new flatmates and we each have our own thing going on but would like someone who would be up for the going to the pub or and watching a movie or trash tv every now and again.

Bills are £110 a month for tv licence, water, council tax, broadband, gas and electricity. The landlord is a private landlord so there are no extra fees apart from the deposit.
