I'm going travelling for November and December and looking for someone to take my room while I'm away.
I'll be returning on 23rd December so ideally would be looking for someone who'd be able to move out just before Christmas but I can be flexible on this if needed.
The room is large with high ceilings, a big window and a king size bed. There are four wardrobes (2 doubles, both with a double chest of drawers).
There is one female housemate you'd be sharing with, and the property has 2 bathrooms so you'd have your own space.
We keep the flat clean and tidy and there is a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks (not included in the price above but this would be an additional £60 per month.
Looking for someone easy going that will take care of the space and be a nice, friendly housemate :)
Lewisham station is a 9 minute walk, with trains to London Bridge in 10 mintues, Charing Cross in 18 minutes plus the DLR to Canary Wharf and Bank.
Lots of green space nearby - a short walk to Blackheath, Greenwich, Hilly Fields in Ladywell, Hither Green and more.
