I recently bought this flat at the end of last year and am looking for a clean and considerate professional or student to share the space with.
🚨 Please introduce yourself when you message me about the flat, especially if you don’t have a photo! It helps me know and understand you better as I’m a live-in landlord. I need to at least know more about the person I’m talking to before sharing my address to strangers.
We’re looking for someone sociable, tidy, respectful, and easygoing, ideally someone who enjoys a serene home environment rather than a party flat, because we have work in the morning.
