New big high spec kitchen, with 4x ovens, 2x high speed microwaves. 4x fridge/freezers, dishwasher & washing machine.
Every type of pot, pan and cooking utensils you could wish for, plates cups and cutlery everything that you would want.
Generous food storage cupboards.

From the kitchen leads into the massive living room with 10 seater couch and free Netflix tv.
From here there is a small garden with bbq area with seating, a grape vine and flowers.
A covered area for smoking (no smoking in the house)

You will be sharing with an interesting international group, who are friendly considerate easy going.
With a mature chilled vide, who although we have our own life’s & interests are always up for a chat. We all get on great!
Numi is from Romania and works as a surgical nurse in central London.
Adam is a train operations controller and works in Charring Cross.
Songtao is from China doing masters in AI at Imperial College.
Sean is from Ireland and works as chartered accountant (although not here much)
I work as a nuclear engineer from home & internationally.

We are zone 2, only 4 mins walk to train bus & DLR main stations.
Train to London Bridge (8 mins) Waterloo (12 mins) Charring Cross (18 mins)
DLR to Bank, Tower Hill, Stratford, Greenwich & Canary Wharf (for the Elizabeth line) run every 2 mins.
24 hour bus routes to most parts of London.
We really are blessed with fantastic transport links.

Locally there is a 7 day open air stalls market. Indoor shopping centre.
Tesco, Sainsbury’s and independent food shops all within 3 mins walk.
4x gyms, a swimming pool. Pubs, cafes and restaurants… all the above less than 5 mins walk.
Within 15 mins walk are Hilly Fields park with wonderful views over London and a fab cafe at its centre. Near this park are trendy cafe and bars and one of the best fish & chip shops in the Uk.
Also Goldsmiths arts university with trendy bars around it.
15 mins walk in other direction is Blackheath a vast open heath, where you can forget you are in zone 2 central London!

We are looking for someone who is working and enjoys a peaceful home life. Who is honest and friendly and has no pets (unfortunately one of the housemates has a severe allergic reaction to pet hair)

This is a house where you can actually live & feel safe with great people who care about each other but have their own lifes as well.
