I’m looking for someone to take over a spacious double room, allow couple, with move-in available from 17 October.

The room is fully furnished, spacious, and has a very large private balcony with a table and chairs. It overlooks the river/dock, with a beautiful sunrise view. The room gets plenty of morning sunlight but doesn’t get too hot in the afternoon.

The bathroom is shared with one female flatmate. The flat also has a washing machine + dryer, as well as a balcony for drying clothes.

💷 Rent: £880/month + bills (around £1,000/month including bills)
Students are preferred, as this would allow the whole household to be exempt from Council Tax, since the other two flatmates are both students.
