Room Prices:

Large Double Room: £850 per month (single occupancy)
Couples: £950 per month (subject to approval)

Second Double Room:

£775 per month (single occupancy)

A small additional contribution may be requested for those working from home

We are hoping to find mature, responsible housemates who will enjoy and help maintain the friendly atmosphere of the house.

The property is exceptionally clean, well cared for, and conveniently located. Fish and chicken consumption is welcome.
