- Rent: £320 per week /all-inclusive (covers bills, council tax, detergents, and toilet paper)
- Deposit: Two weeks' rent for 3 months of rentals
- The flat is clean, newly refurbished, and has double-glazed windows.
- There are only two bedrooms in total, and you'll be sharing the flat with me and my shy cat, Merlin.
