The communal dining/ living room and kitchen is shared.

There is an underground station (Leyton) on the Central line, which is about a 10mins walk away from the house.
Plus a bus stop about 4 minutes walk away, which takes you to Westfields Shopping Mall, in Stratford E15. This is where the 2012 Olympics was held.
Also this bus, 257, in the opposite direction, takes you to Walthamstow Central aswell.

There is a 24 hour mini supermarket about a 4 minute walk from the house, so it's very convenient for everyone.

The bedroom is £740.00 per calendar month.

Couples would be considered. £800.00 for couples, plus some utilities.
