Single, freshly decorated bedroom in a lovely town house in Leytonstone.
There are 3 females who occupy the house. All friendly, respect each other's space and also clean.

The bedroom is on the 2nd floor, right next to the bathroom. So it's like having an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other female.
You will have use of your own toilet. There are 3 toilets in the house altogether.
The communal dining room and kitchen is shared.

There is an underground station (Leyton) on the Central line, which is about a 10mins walk away from the house.
Plus a bus stop about 4 minutes walk away, which takes you to Westfields Shopping Mall, in Stratford E15. This is where the 2012 Olympics was held.
Also this bus, 257, takes you to Walthamstow aswell.

There is a 24 hour mini supermarket about a 4 minute walk from the house, so it's very convenient for everyone.

The bedroom has a new small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small fridge and desk with chair can be provided on request.

The bedroom is £695.00 per calendar month plus some bills for a single person.
Couples would be considered and the amount for a couple would be £750.00 per calendar month, plus some bills.

There maybe, some further costs towards utilities also, depending on whether one works from home or away from the home.

There is a garden at the rear of the property for use.
