I have a nice large cosy double room available to rent from 1st March 2025. The location is nearby to the high road where you can find 24 hour shops, gyms, supermarkets, pharmacy's, post office's etc.

The train stations (Leyton & Leytonstone) are a 10-15 minute walk and to get there by bus which takes 5 minutes. The bus stops are a 1-3 minute walk away from the house.
The next nearest train station is Maryland which is 6-8 minutes on the bus, and a 15-17 minute walk.

It’s a 3 bedroom house and there is currently only 1 housemate (28). The house is clean, quiet and everybody you will be living with is friendly and also tidy. Everybody is working and/or studying full time so the house is often empty. In saying this, I would like someone who is also working away from home.

You will have your own (downstairs) toilet, kitchen cupboards & fridge. You will be sharing a bathroom (shower room) & kitchen area. We also have a lovely big garden with a table and seating area.

The deposit (£500) is required when securing the room and is returned when you move out. The monthly rent cost is £850 and includes all bills. There are no extra fee's. Speedy WiFi is also included.

The room is furnished and contains: A bed, a duvet and 2 pillows, 1 desk & chair, clothing rail, clothing & shoe rack & drawer sets. An oil-filled heater is also there for extra room warmth during the cold season.

There is also a small walk in cupboard where the clothing & shoe rack is located. This gives you more storage space for your belongings.
