Seeking a tidy and respectful lodger to share my homely 2-bedroom flat with my cute tabby cat in Leytonstone. I enjoy a peaceful home environment, not a party house.
The flat features a functional kitchen, bright living room and a shared bathroom. A communal garden is a bonus! Your freshly painted room includes a small double, desk, wardrobe, and mirror.

Bills and Wi-Fi are included, as well as a bi-weekly cleaner. With daily cleaning in between by us - the flatmates :)
Located a short walk from Leytonstone station and the beautiful Hollow Ponds, the flat offers easy access to amenities on the high street (Marks & Spencer, Boots, post office, cafes) and green space.

There's on street parking if you have a car (extra cost). Or a bike locker on street you can access (again from the council).

I am sociable, life is busy and I will chill at home some evenings. I don't drink though and so it's not suitable for someone looking to party and be out super late. Partners to be enjoyed off the property pls.
Would prefer a Monday-Friday lodger, but open to 7 days a week for the right person. Short-term stays also ok. Flexible start date.

Full time: £850 per month
Short term: £300 per week
All bills included.
