Seeking a tidy and respectful lodger to share my homely 2-bedroom flat in Leytonstone. I enjoy a peaceful home environment, not a party house. Partners to be enjoyed off the property pls.

The flat features a functional kitchen, living room, and a shared bathroom. A communal garden is a bonus! Your freshly painted room includes a small double, wardrobe, and mirror.

Bills and Wi-Fi are included, as well as a bi-monthly clean by a cleaner. With daily cleaning in between by us - the flatmates:)

Located a short walk from Leytonstone station and the beautiful Hollow Ponds, the flat offers easy access to amenities on the high street and green space.

There's on street parking if you have a car (permit can be purchased from the council) or a bike locker on street you can access (again from the council).

I am sociable and life is busy and will chill at home some evenings. I don't drink though and so it's not suitable for someone looking to party and be out super late.

Would prefer a Monday-Friday lodger, but open to 7 days a week for the right person. Short-term monthly stays may be considered.

Mon - Fri £600
£800 per month or £300 per week.
All bills are included, including council tax.
