This is a massive, beautiful room in a friendly, well-organised house-share. Light streams in through the bay windows in the morning.
This is an ex-family house (my family) so it has a nice atmosphere � garden, paintings, well-maintained. It also has a 42" flatscreen TV - Sky channels,, BT sport, Skyplus and Wi-Fi. It�s a Victorian terrace in a cul-de-sac in Leytonstone. The end of the road is officially Epping Forest � common land and woods and the whole feel is quite rural in Summer. We have a 100' garden to hang out in - oh - and for our little Yorkshire Terrier, Olive.

The room is on the first floor, with a pleasant view, including a former nunnery – rather than another row of terraced houses!

� . The rent is 890 per calendar month � all bills included, not least Sky and broadband. Because I live in the loft-extension, everything is well-maintained and I buy all the household stuff, as well as paying for an occasional cleaner.

We are 5/10 minutes from Leytonstone tube which is central line so easy for central London. There is a London Overground station even closer on the Barking- Gospel Oak line. Buses to Stratford Walthamstow Ilford etc.

People in the house have various jobs but tend to be interested in music and the arts. It�s friendly and relaxed. It might suit someone new to London who wants to get to know people - cos it is a very sociable house!
