It will best suit a professional Monday-Friday female, who works away from home in London.

There is really great transport connection to both Leytonstone underground and overground, with quick access to central London. Leytonstone high road is nearby, with lots of excellent cafes and good restaurants. Also the Wanstead flats are a few minutes away, for those who like walking and running.

In the house already are a professional female lecturer, my son, and cat. It will therefore help if you get on with young people and cats. It's a sociable and friendly household. Looking forward to hearing from you!
