My housemate is buying a place so renting out his double room in our 2 bed flat in Leytonstone.
Available for between 2-4 months as I’ll be moving out too in the New Year. You would be free to stay longer either with a new flatmate or solo. Would just require discussing with the landlord.
Flat has a spacious living room/kitchen, 1 bathroom and a loft space for storage with access to a roof terrace.
Looking for a clean and considerate housemate. I am often busy on weekends but tend to be around the flat during weekday evenings and work from home the occasional day.
Location is great, a 12 minute walk to Leytonstone tube with direct buses to Walthamstow. Opposite a lovely park which is the start of Epping Forest and near to Whipps Cross Hospital.
Bills on top, council tax band C. Total bills around £150 each per month
