Large double room 10 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube. Comes furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet and ottoman bed. The room currently has an additional shelving unit and sofa. Sofa can stay if required.

A very spacious and quiet 7 bed house with high ceilings and large garden. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the kitchenware you would expect. The utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The living room is joined with the kitchen and has TV, sofa and dining table.

2 x toilet and 2 x bathrooms

We are all friendly working professionals and respectful of each others space.

The location is ideal for Leytonstone tube, shops etc as well as being close to Hallow ponds for some nature.

Parking is available on the drive for an additional £20 per month or on street permits are also available

All bills are included and there is a weekly cleaner.

Unfortunately couple are accepted.

The room is let through kingdom agency so all the normal credit/reference checks apply.
