Single Room In Canal Side Flat Limehouse.

looking for someone for a single/double room for a new tenancy - contract beginning 25th July. Bills roughly £100 per month with water included. It is a 3 bed property with a spacious living room and a balcony that looks over the canal. You would be sharing with myself; a self employed musician and one other. I am creative easygoing and social but also like to have space within the flat. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household and I am Looking for people who are also easygoing and respectful. Must also be ok with dogs in the property as I dog sit :) similar interests would be a bonus.

The flat itself is situated just off the canal and limehouse basin. It is a great area lots of walks and pubs. It is on both limehouse cut that leads to hackney, and regents canal which goes into central via Victoria park and Broadway market. It is also 5 minutes from the Thames and you can walk to tower bridge in around 40 mins. 15 mins from Canary Wharf the other way where there are lots of shops and bars. Transport links are great 10 minutes to bank and quick into central and going east as well. There lots of buses and both west ferry and limehouse DLR are within a 10 minute walk.
