**About us**
You’ll be living with two friendly flatmates (male and female) in our late twenties, both working in research as data analysts. We enjoy cooking and catching up over dinner. We value a clean, relaxed and respectful atmosphere and are looking for someone who will help maintain the same environment.

**Bills**
Bills (council tax, electricity, heating, water and broadband) are on average £150 per person per month. We also contribute towards a regular professional cleaner.
