Single Room in a spacious maisonette

Hi everyone,

Our flatmate is moving out of London, so we’re looking for someone friendly to take over his room and join our home.

We live in a bright, spacious two-level maisonette in a fantastic area. Currently, it’s just the two of us, both professional ladies, and we’d love to find a third person who’ll fit right in.

About the flat

We have a spacious living room perfect for relaxing or catching up after work.
There are two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), so you’ll only be sharing with one other person.
The single room comes with a large wardrobe and shelving, and extra storage can be arranged if needed.
There’s also a balcony, communal garden, and garage space. Parking is available with a permit.
The flat is fully equipped with all the essentials.
We don’t have a cleaner, but we take turns keeping things tidy and comfortable.

About you

We’re looking for a professional who’s clean, respectful, and easygoing.
Since the room doesn’t have space for a desk, it’s best suited for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.

We’d love to live with someone who enjoys a friendly, relaxed home - someone who appreciates a balance between quiet personal time and the occasional chat, movie night, or dinner together.
We don’t throw parties often, but we like to keep the flat feeling warm and welcoming. Friends, family, and dinner guests are always welcome.

The area

We’re within walking distance of Tesco and other convenience shops, with several large supermarkets around Canning Town (15–20 minutes away). It’s a safe, well-connected area with everything you need nearby. London excel, Elizabeth line is 15 minutes away from the flat.

Rent: £850 per month (there may be a small increase of £20–£50 with the new contract, to be confirmed)
References and proof of income are required.
