Double Room to Let – Royal Wharf (Agent-Free)

I have just bought a flat and I am offering a spacious double room to rent in Royal Wharf with no agent involvement.

The room is generously sized and comes furnished with a king size bed, desk, and a built in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage and space. You’re also welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred.

The flat is communal so we will both have access to the open plan living room and kitchen. There is an on-site gym, local Sainsbury’s as well as a dry cleaners, post office and pharmacy and a few newly opened restaurants and cafes all within a minutes walk from the flat.

There are good links into London and Canary Wharf, with Pontoon Dock or Silvertown Station only 2 minutes away by foot. The new Elizabeth line is a further 10 minutes away by commute.

I’m looking for a tenant to move in as early as possible in the new year.

I am a professional working in the legal field and go into the office 3 days a week and work from home the other days. I enjoy watching football or going out with my mates.
