Luxury Double Room – Royal Wharf (Agent-Free)

My partner and I are offering a spacious double room to rent in Royal Wharf with no agent involvement.

The room is generously sized and comes furnished with a king size bed, desk and a built in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage and space. You’re also welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred.

The flat is communal so we will both have access to the open plan living room and kitchen. You will have full access of your own bathroom (occasionally used by guests).

There is an on-site gym, local Sainsbury’s as well as a dry cleaners, post office and pharmacy and a few newly opened restaurants and cafes all within a minutes walk from the flat.

There are good links into London and Canary Wharf, with Pontoon Dock and Silvertown Station only 5 minutes away by foot. The new Elizabeth line is a further 10 minutes away by commute.

I’m looking for a tenant to move in by 1 November.

We are both professionals working in the legal and tech field. We are very clean and fun.
