It's a double room in a first floor flat with a kitchen and a bathroom. There is me and other friendly and considerate flatmate, Jun. There's also a small outdoor patio on the ground floor that's being converted into a small garden space and bike storage. Possible storage in the attic too.
It's just 7 minute walk from Walthamstow Central underground (Victoria Line), 5 minute walk from Walthamstow Queens Road station (overground) and a similar walking distance from Walthamstow Village. There's also plenty of buses going in all directions from Walthamstow Central.
Victoria line will get you to central London in 20-30 minutes (door to door) depending on where you need to go and Overground takes you to Liverpool Street station within 20-25 minutes so it's a very well connected location.
