Cosy bedroom in shared flat

A cosy cute bedroom in my flat. The property is on the 4th floor with a lift. I live alone with my cat (animal lover a must).
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed/wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker/air fryer/washing machine/ toaster and kettle and a large fridge freezer.
I treat my home and belongings with care and respect and would expect the same.
Bathroom has a bathtub and shower.
Living room has sky TV which if required I can run into bedroom (at a small cost)
Im a 50yrs old professional woman. I work Monday-Friday from 8-5. Im home most evenings and weekends.
I cook (and will probably make you sample my food!) I read/run and watch a lot of TV.
I rarely have guests.. and I would like prior notice if you would be having people over.
Overnight stays permitted within reason and also with notice.
I have a quiet peaceful home and would suit a quiet calm person. I take my sleep seriously and have quiet an early bedtime. I would expect a respectful attitude to this and im quite noise sensitive so loud TV/Music wouldn't work.
The neighborhood is family centric. I rarely have encountered any anti social behaviour.
This would suit a professional/mature student. Clean and tidy. Respectful of others and the shared living environment.
A month trial will be required.
All bill except Council Tax currently band D at £212 p/m and the cleaner (paid direct £30/ pM)
The 3rd bedroom os a study/office. I work from home occasionally.
Transport links are great. The bus stop is a 30second walk and goes to Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road.. Victoria line to C London in 20 minutes.
Closest shop is 30 second walk as is the chemist.
