We’re offering our large double bedroom with its own private bathroom in our modern, secure new-build flat.

We’re open to all lengths of stay from 1–6 months, and we’d also consider 5-day-a-week arrangements if you’re an office-based professional looking for somewhere during the working week.

🛏️ The room & flat

The room is a spacious double, with a large window providing plenty of light, and your own private bathroom next door.

The flat is a modern new build, around 2 years old, so everything is in working order. It stays warm throughout the winter and cool in summer. We have a large balcony and a concierge service.

🚆 Brilliant transport links

We’re incredibly well connected:

* St James Street station — Overground 20mins to Liverpool Street
* Walthamstow Central/Blackhorse Rd — Victoria Line to 15mins to King’s Cross
* Walthamstow Queens Road — Overground towards Gospel Oak

🌳 The area

Walthamstow Marshes are super close, with loads of open space for walking, running etc.

Lots of great independent coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and gyms nearby, as well as a really good local high street. Blackhorse Road’s breweries and bars too.

👋 About us

We’re Charlotte and Isaac (30), a long-term couple who have lived together for several years - with and without housemates. Both working in creative industries.

We’re clean and we enjoy going out but not huge party people (Although drinks are often). We’d like to find someone who wants to be sociable, rather than keeping completely to themselves.

🙋 About you

We’re looking for someone who:

* Ideally works outside of the home during the week
* Is clean and tidy
* Is ideally looking for 1–6 months, although we’re flexible
* Pet owners are welcome — we’d be happy to discuss this depending on circumstance
