Hi all,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to join my little rescue dog and I in this flat that we've made a home.

The flat is located off Finchley Road with all amenities of the high street close by. There are multiple super markets, Tesco local, gyms, a leisure centre, pubs, cafes and public transport all a short walk away,

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, we have two bar fridges so one is for your personal use, we have a small mini freezer which is shared.

We have a brand new washing machine and dryer.

There is a separate shower room and toilet room with sink.

Some communal storage for bedding and towels.

The lounge and dinning area has a small balcony which is where I grow vegetables in the summer but also is the place for smoking. I am trying to transition to vaping before quitting but its early days still. Wish me luck.

At the entrance there is space to hang coats and store your shoes.

The cost of communal items will be shared e. i cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen items like herbs and spices etc.

About me:
I've been living in London (this flat) for 3 years. Previous to the UK I was living and working throughout Europe for 6 years prior to the construction industry I was in Hospitality. I like to travel and explore new places, meet new people. I enjoy creative projects of all kinds,.
I am self employed working outdoors in the construction industry, normally working Mon to Friday, sometimes work is cancelled due to bad weather (more often in winter) so Ill be around home.
There is a 3rd small room in the flat which I rent for my stained glass art studio.
Polly my dog is 7 years old, very chill and friendly. Loves all people, belly rubs and walks.

I'm hoping to find someone who can bring good energy to the flat, a working professional that enjoys good conversation, sharing meals and a drink every now and then. But who is also tidy and respectful of personal space.

The room includes:
- Double bed and bedding.
- Built in wardrobe, chest of draws, black out blind.

The flat is in zone 2, stations and distance as follows:
Swiss cottage station is a 5 min walk (Jublee line)
Finchley Road station is 11 min walk (Metropolitan line)
South Hampstead overground station is 5 min walk. With only one stop to Euston.
Camden Town is a 30 min walk.
Paddington station is a 40 min walk.

We have plenty of bus options around also.

ALL inclusive of bills - council tax, internet, utilities (electric, water, gas).

The Rent is for a single person, £900per month
Available from December 1st but I can be flexible with the move in date.
Rent is paid monthly in advance, a £900 deposit is required.
The lease period is flexible, with a 4 week notice period required.
