Lovely, bright and spacious room in a clean and tidy period house, shared with other professionals, easy to live with, friendly, but respecting each other’s privacy.

Living with us is not just about renting a room. It's about people who live here; being a part of a comfortable, peaceful and homely environment where you can just relax, enjoy nice company and a decent conversation over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Whatever your interests, you will find someone to share them with, but don't worry if you are a more quiet type, that's ok too.

About our home:

- Each bedroom is situated on its own floor, so plenty of space and privacy.

- Big, clean, fully equipped kitchen has everything you may ever need including:

American fridge/freezer, double oven, d/w, w/m, dryer, coffee machine, microwave and all other smaller paraphernalia.

- Landscaped garden with a BBQ you can enjoy.

Your room:

- Spacious, bright double bedroom overlooking the garden. The room comprises of a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves unit, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair.

- Bathroom is located next to the room and would be shared with 1 person.

Great location:

- Free parking outside the house.

- Local parks and riverside within walking distance. A few minutes walk to all the amenities.

Public transport:

- 5 mins walk to the bus (running every few minutes; night buses).

- 10 mins walk to BR (Plumstead Station); Direct train to all the main stations: London Bridge, Charing Cross, Lewisham, Cannon Street, Greenwich, Blackfriars, St. Pancras even Luton and Hampstead.

- DLR and Elizabeth Line (Woolwich Station) and Clipper Ferry within walking distance or short ride on the bus (a couple of stops). Great for commute to Canary Wharf, City Airport, Stratford, City, West End and other parts of London.

- Easy access to Queen Elizabeth Hospital (13 minutes by car or a short ride on the direct 469 bus).

General information:

- Bills included in price (Council Tax, TV Licence, Gas, Electricity, Water and complementary use of Wi-Fi).

- Although everybody looks after our home, the common areas are professionally cleaned twice a month to give that extra shine (included in the price). It is possible to have your room cleaned upon request at extra cost.

- Minimum stay 1 month.

- Cost: £850 pcm

- £650 deposit and references required.

- Prospective lodgers must provide prove of:

a) right to live and work/study in the UK.
b) proof of current employment/university enrolment

Checks will be carried out, as required by local law.
