The occupant also has own fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, reading table and chair. There is a small garden at the back to dry your clothes, store cycle etc. if needed.

You would have access to the kitchen, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, dining table etc. There is Superfast Sky Wifi (500 mbps) in the house.

There are two toilets upstairs & downstairs.

Local shops, high street, restaurants and large Tesco are just a few minutes away. Local attractions include Royal Arsenal, river Thames, Greenwich royal park and Greenwich town centre.

The room is to be shared with the landlord, an Asian family who are courteous, polite and friendly. You would have your complete privacy to live your own life.
