double room, ensuite

We have a nice double room available (for one person only) in a clean, comfortable and welcoming house. The room has its own small wet room with toilet and shower. Otherwise there is a shared bathroom and kitchen.
NOTE: room is only available for 6 months.

We are looking for a clean, friendly, considerate and reliable person, preferably full time professional.
Bills and Internet are included. The fortnight standard cleaning of the communal areas is charged separately (about £17/month/person). Otherwise we have a strict “clean-as-you-go” policy, which means everyone always cleans up after themselves.

Please also note that we have a cat.

Woolwich town centre (with big Tesco) and Woolwich Arsenal Station (DLR and National Rail) is about 13 mins walk (0.5mi) and the Elisabeth Line about 16mins.

There are also several buses going to Woolwich Town Centre (a minute walk) and there are a small Coop, different take aways, grocery shops, post office etc. 1-2 min. up the road.
