Bright Double Bedroom

A double bedroom in a house with a garden that's a bit outdated in places but we're renovating a bit over the summer. There are three bedrooms upstairs, including the one for rent (and a box room that stays unoccupied) and one downstairs. The room is currently furnished but we can also provide it unfurnished. As the room is still occupied I don't have photos yet but will upload soon.

There's a communal living room, shared bathroom and separate toilet, two storage rooms and a shed. I'm afraid we're not a pet-friendly house.

Bills are included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence, Netflix and high speed internet).

Current housemates are me (31yo professional) and my brother (27yo finishing uni this summer). One smoker and one non-smoker (though there's no smoking in the house). We both like to keep active, cook and eat delicious food, play games and enjoy a pretty broad range of tv, anime and movies. We try to keep a tidy home but aren't obsessive about it - we will also be getting a cleaner.

This was our family home and we love to host our big Nigerian family and friends for get togethers here but otherwise, we're pretty chilled out.

We're looking for a sociable young professional to join us who is looking for somewhere to settle. We're flexible on move in dates.
