Bright Double Bedroom

A double bedroom in a house with a garden. There are three bedrooms upstairs, including the one for rent (and a box room that stays unoccupied) and one downstairs. The room is currently furnished but we can also provide it unfurnished.

There's a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and additional separate toilet, two storage rooms and a shed. I'm afraid we're not a pet-friendly house.

Bills are included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence, Netflix and high speed internet, 1Gbps).

Current housemates are me (32yo professional) and my brother (29yo recent graduate). One smoker and one non-smoker (though there's no smoking in the house). We both like to keep active, cook and eat delicious food, play games and enjoy a pretty broad range of tv, anime and movies. We try to keep a tidy home but aren't obsessive about it.

We're looking for a sociable young professional to join us who is looking for somewhere to settle.
