Lovely Double Bedroom in Townhouse.

The house is an excellent place for people who like a relaxed atmosphere on a quiet and peaceful road.

Woolwich Town Centre offers excellent market traders for fruit and veg, a main Tesco's, Sainsburys and Mark and Spencers. There is a newly built leisure centre. Along with a good range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The Bedroom has a double bed, two wardrobes, desk, bedside tables, a featured fireplace and tv. It has plenty of natural daylight.

There isn't much storage in the house so would suit someone who doesn't have furniture and lots of belongings.

I am ideally looking for a housemate that is either a mature student or working professional, who is clean and tidy and easy to get along with.

A short let of three to six months welcome as well as longer lets.

It has excellent transport links.

The Queen Elizabeth hospital is close by with a bus stop a few minutes walk away for anyone who works at the hospital too.

I work from home in the media industry and like to keep the communal area's clean for everyone to enjoy. I enjoy going to the theatre, comedy shows and gym.
