One bed flat sub-let Woolwich, October inc bills

I have to return to Ireland so am sub-letting my flat from 1st - 22nd October (3 weeks)

Please note: I am keen to rent for the entire stay, not a few weeks at the end or start, please don’t message asking for a much shorter stay.

My home is a cute and cozy typical London flat, with the added advantage of being only three minutes walk to the Thames, and being surrounded by trees, it's a perfect respite from the chaos of the city.

The flat is 1 minutes walk to Woolwich Dockyard, which can take you to Victoria, Cannon Street or Blackfriars station within half an hour and it is fifteen minutes walk to Woolwich Arsenal, where the DLR and Elizabeth Line can connect you to the city in 20 mins.

The price includes all bills inc council tax, water, gas, wifi and electric etc.


I’m subletting for this price so I can make sure to get the right person who respects the place.

This is ideally suited for someone moving to the city that need a base whilst they search for a permanent home.
