Hi! We have one double room in our lovely 3-bed home, sharing with 2 other females in their 20s/30s. The flat is located in Catford, 7 minute walk to the train station and has easy access to shops, pubs, open spaces and London Bridge (12 minutes). 

The flat has two rooms at the back and one at the front. There's a big kitchen/ dining space which overlooks our shared garden and a separate living room. 

You'd be sharing with Jo and Lucy working in healthcare, and a school/ the arts. The vibe is chilled - exercising, cooking, having friends over for dinner, chatting about our day or watching telly together. We're looking for a like-minded person who wants to come back to a nice home, up for a drink now and then as well as enjoying your/our own space.

We’re looking for someone who is used to being in a houseshare, ideally work/study outside of the house and have their own setup of mates/interests in London. We all predominantly work out of the home and are looking for the same, sorry we’re not looking for someone who WFH full-time.

You would also be sharing with a little dog called Mabel. Cross-breed, hypoallergenic, is affectionate but also very much likes to sleep her days away in between her walks - that is all down to Jo!

The room is available now and comes furnished. The room is at the front of the house at £725 bills included. Deposit is £725 and will be protected.

Looking for someone who wants to stay as a 6 month minimum.
