The available room is the principal bedroom, with its own private en-suite shower room.

The flat itself is a lovely, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment located between Queen’s Park and Maida Vale, with a spacious reception room, open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room and a private rear patio 🌿.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, cooking appliances, cutlery etc., so you can move in without needing to buy much ☕🍽️

📍 Location & transport

The flat is around a 7-minute walk from Queen’s Park Station 🚇 (Bakerloo Line & Overground) and approximately 12 minutes from Westbourne Park Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines).

There are also excellent bus links into central London, with a bus stop directly opposite the property 🚌 and journeys to Oxford Street taking roughly 20–25 minutes.

The area is residential, safe and very convenient, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Marks & Spencer is around a 5-minute walk away, and there are places such as Gail’s, Starbucks, Joe & The Juice and lots of independent cafés/restaurants around Queen’s Park, Elgin Avenue and Lauderdale Parade ☕🥐

You’ll be sharing with me — I’m 28 and work full-time in insurance in the City on a hybrid schedule.

I also have the sweetest indoor cat, Pablo🐱. He’s very shy at first but incredibly affectionate once he gets comfortable, and you’ll definitely meet him if you come for a viewing!
