Bright Double Room

Hey there 👋

We have a Double bedroom available in a large 4 double bedroom Victorian Town House in Maida Vale/Queens Park
The is set across 3 floors and the whole property is light and bright, with a big kitchen space and living room.
We are a very clean house, we have a cleaner come round every 2 weeks who cleans the common areas (£13 extra per cleaning which we sort, not the landlord).

The flat is ideally located, only a few minutes' walk from Queens Park Station (Bakerloo line) and Westbourne Park Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) and all the local amenities (M&S, pubs, restaurants etc.). The street is very quiet too.
From Queens Park, it is only a 15 minute tube to Oxford Circus, or 12 minutes to Euston on the overground.
Notting Hill is a short walk away, and you have the wonderful parks of London within a a short distance too i. e. Hyde Park, Regents Park, Queens Park etc., and Paddington Recreation Centre is very close by; it has tennis courts, an outdoor gym and athletics track.

We are 3 young professionals:
- Adriana, Australian 29 yo, paediatric occupational therapist, very laid back, easy going, loves going to the gym, drinking margaritas, and movie nights
- Sigi, 26 yo, British, work at Tech Start Up, likes gym, going out, movies, and good restaurants/food
- Anthony, French 30yo, engineer in the Space industry, like cooking, discovering new places in London or outside, chill and always down for a drink

We are looking for a nice professional with a similar age range, sociable and easy to talk to, clean, and easy going. Someone who is down to join us for drinks, chilling and watching movies, but can respect each-others space and such too.
