Hello! I have a quiet, modern en-suite double bedroom available from the start of August in Maida Vale. The flat is in a great location close to Notting Hill and Queen’s Park, 7 mins walking distance from both.

This bedroom is privately located away from the main flat upstairs, well furnished with double storage bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The flat is modern and comfortably furnished with high spec amenities and everything you would need, and a beautiful garden with roof terrace which this bedroom has access to. The bedroom is accessible by a staircase away from the rest of the apartment so feels private.

The flat is quiet and spacious, filled with light even on a rainy day. There is a beautiful garden perfect for alfresco dining and watching the fish in the pond!

I am looking for a professional seeking a short term let with the potential for it to be longer term. We are relatively quiet but friendly, and like to keep the place clean for everyone to enjoy.
