Double room available in a well-kept flat in Maida Vale (W9), in a beautiful period building with lift and great transport connections.

You’ll be sharing with two young professionals (one male, one female). We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with, ideally another professional or postgrad.

The room is furnished and the flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and all essentials. Shops, cafés and transport are all within short walking distance.

Rent: £1,200 per month, bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet). Council Tax Band E.

Minimum stay: 3 months.
Initial term: 6 months, with possible extension depending on future arrangements.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate with shared spaces and happy to keep a calm, friendly home environment.
