The flat is located in Westbourne Park, just a 10-minute walk to the center of Notting Hill, where you'll find an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and entertainment options.

The convenience is unmatched. The closest tube station is only a 5-minute walk away, providing a direct 15-minute journey to Central London. There is both a Sainsbury Local and Coop within a 5 - 10 minute walk, and the large Waitrose in Bayswater is a 20 minute walk away.

The space
This bright 3rd-floor walk-up flat is located in a secure, gated building. You'll find the living area is south-facing with canal views, and the bedrooms face the inner courtyard.

Guest access
You'll have private access to the entire flat, which includes the living areas, kitchen, bathroom, and a dedicated guest bedroom. My personal bedroom will be locked and unoccupied during your stay.

Other things to note
I am traveling and renting out my two bedroom flat, as a 1 bed flat. As my primary residence I am looking for a subletter who will enjoy it as much as I do - and take care of it too. My favorite part is definitely the light-filled space with canal views, perfectly balancing the vibrant energy of Notting Hill with the calm charm of Little Venice and Maida Vale nearby. Rent is inclusive of utilities and cleaning every two weeks.
