Double room in Queen's Park

We are looking for a new flatmate for a double room available from 28th November in a 2 bedroom flat. The room will be available as I (one of the current flatmates) will be moving home to NZ.

The flat is on the top floor (2 flights of stairs). There is a open living room and kitchen with plenty of storage, as well as a dishwasher! There is one bathroom shared with the other flatmate.

The flat and room is well furnished with pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, dining table, chairs, couch etc. The room comes with a double bed, two sets of drawers and wardrobe.

Location is excellent, about 7 mins walk to Queens Park station with access to Bakerloo and overground. It's about 20 mins walk to Westbourne Park station and there is a bus stop a few minutes away with buses to Westfield mall.

The existing flatmate is in her 30s and is a working professional. We are looking for another professional female ideally aged 25 - 35, who is clean, tidy and respectful of others. We are both relaxed and chill people who work full time, enjoy movies and the theatre - looking for someone with a similar vibe.

Bills are additional (internet, electricity/gas, water and council tax shared equally).
