🏡 Spacious double room available in a friendly, creative flat share, from 11 December through January ✨ We’re 6 minutes’ walk from Warwick Avenue station 🚇 (Bakerloo line). It’s a good fit for a short stay over the holidays and the new year 🎄

Large double room with a double bed and a desk, ideal for working or studying 💻 Plenty of natural light ☀️

👯‍♀️ The household:

A relaxed, tidy, creative house of girlfriends 🎨 We’re all Spanish-speaking, so Spanish and English are both welcome.
In December there will only be 2 of us in the flat, so it will be calm and quiet 🕊️ The rest of the flatmates are back in January.

🏠 The flat:

🚽 2 toilets and 1 shower 🚿
🍳 A big shared kitchen, good for cooking and hanging out. There’s no separate living room.
🧺 Washing machine
💡 All bills included

💷 Price: £250 per week, bills included.

📅 Dates: 11 December to the end of January. Shorter stays within that period are possible, so just ask.

🔍 Looking for: A girl who is tidy, respectful and friendly, and happy to share a kitchen, toilets and shower 💛 Students, creatives and professionals are all welcome. Spanish speakers are a plus but not required.
