Looking for a lodger for my basement room. It has separate access (down outside stairs from the street). It has an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and small kitchen area with washing machine. It has a fold down bed and the room is self contained.

It is a nice sunny room (when sun shining!) in a great central location. There is a bus stop a few minutes down the road and the Russell Square tube is about ten minutes walk away. Kings Cross mainline station and Farringdon are about a 15 minutes walk away. The Brunswick Centre with shops and restaurants is nearby.

Would particularly suit professional person looking for a base in Central London during the week.
