Hi I’m Jonathan I have a room in the hearts of central London, transportation is amazing close to King’s Cross station , Angel Station, Holborn Station, Farringdon Station. Lovely scenery also area to live. I’m a man looking for a woman or man 25+ to share my property with, I have shared with a woman prior and she was lovely, respectful of my place I also respect her privacy. so looking for someone similar who is clean, tidy, clears up after themselves and respectful of my environment that they’re living in. Someone who is reliable when it comes to rent and pays on time. Ultimately a professional or Student for a short period of 3 months with a possible extension. There’s no tenancy agreement or cancel tax included, all bills are included. Im not expecting any benefits at my address, also no visitors due to safety measures set for both parties.
