Double bedroom in central London

Hi I’m Jonathan I have a room in the hearts of central London, transportation is amazing close to King’s Cross station , Angel Station, Holborn Station, Farringdon Station. Lovely scenery and area to live. I’m looking for a woman/man 25+….someone who is clean, tidy, clears up after themselves and respectful of the environment that they’re living in. Someone who is reliable when it comes to rent and pays on time ultimately a professional for a 6 months duration period with no tenancy agreement in that time, I also won’t be excepting benefits at my address. One who is friendly, who isn’t problematic, understands boundaries also loves a peaceful, comfortable, quiet non chaotic environment. Safety measures are implemented so no visitors will be allowed, I also have a Ring Camera outside. All and all I’m very easy going, fun to be around I also understand boundaries and respect people’s privacy and space.
