Double room in Lower Clapton House with garden

Hello lovely humans!

We have a beautiful double room available in our Lower Clapton share house. £700pcm+bills. The room is on the first floor and has plenty of room, big in-built wardrobe with plenty of storage space and lots of natural light. Sorry but we are not looking for any couples, students, or people with pets. We are also looking for someone over the age of 25.

The House:

The house is a renovated Victorian Terrace house on a quiet residential road. It has a large open plan kitchen and dining area with plenty of natural light as well as another smaller living room at the front of the house with a wood-burning stove. We have a large back garden, perfect for barbecues in the summer and there's even a small room for guests that's currently used as a laundry room when we don't have any visitors. The house has two lovely big bathrooms (one smaller with a walk-in shower and one with a bath/shower situation). 2 toilets as well so you'll never have to wait! There is also space to store a bike in the hallway.

The Housemates:
We're all in our late 20s/30! Friendly, sociable and respectful of each other’s space.
The house is in a great location: a short walk from Homerton station, Hackney Wick and Hackney Marshes. Victoria Park, London Fields and Broadway Market are all within a 20-minute walk. Chatsworth Road is also just a few minutes walk away.
