Seeking a lodger for a large bright double room!

My partner and I live on the top two floors, while the basement has two bedrooms.

The basement flat is a separate flat with its own kitchen area, shower room, and toilet. There is a locked door by the stairs that separates the basement from the two upper floors, so you would have your own privacy and we wouldn’t be in your way.
The only time we would normally need to access the basement would be to use the garden, as the garden door is located in the kitchen area of the basement flat.

Located on a quiet street just off Chatsworth Road in Lower Clapton (E5), with Chatsworth Road Market just steps away around the corner, the Elderfield pub opposite the house, and London Fields close by. The rooms are fully furnished and includes a large TV, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities within the basement flat. Access to a large garden.

Homerton Station is a 5-minute walk away, with Hackney Central around 15 mins.
