The landlord and partner live on the upper two floors. There is a locked door on the staircase separating the two flats, so the basement flat is a fully private area with no shared living space between flats. While privacy is fully respected, we are friendly and sociable.

Located on a quiet street just off Chatsworth Road in Lower Clapton (E5), with Chatsworth Road Market just steps away around the corner, the Elderfield pub opposite the house, and London Fields close by. The room is fully furnished and includes a large TV, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities within the basement flat. Access to a large garden.

Homerton Station is a 5-minute walk away, with Hackney Central around 15 minutes on foot.
