Hello!
My name’s Maxie, and we have a room available in our genuinely lovely house in Lower Clapton. It’s just off Hackney, which means there’s always something going on markets, coffee shops, pubs… boredom simply doesn’t stand a chance.
A little about the household: you’d be living with Giorgia (30, she/her), Jubbi (27 she/her), Laura (she/her), and me Max (30, he/they). We’re a friendly bunch who enjoy the occasional drink together and a good chat, but we’re also very respectful of alone time and personal space. A healthy balance. We are lgbtq+ friendly too.
The room itself is on the top floor and and has some furnishing. Our house mate is happy to sell bed frame for £50, but is otherwise a blank canvas for you to make your own. The house has a cosy living room and a garden. There’s one bathroom, two toilets (a small but meaningful luxury), and the rent is £871 with bills included.
