*The Room*

A lovely spacious double room with beautiful high ceilings, chandelier with light flooding in from huge bay windows, tastefully furnished and ready to move straight into.

*The House & Garden*

Set on Newick Road just off Clapton Pond, the house has a genuinely nice, easy-going atmosphere. We have a large sdhared kitchen, a cosy but spacious shared living room, and there's also a big garden out the back with seating, firepit, and plenty storage space in the large shed.

You'll be sharing with 5 easy-going housemates who keep the place clean, tidy and drama-free - sociable when you fancy it, respectful of your space when you don't. Everyone has their independent schedules but there are plenty chilled evenings in the living room when those schedules overlap. You'll also be sharing the house with Lemon (the cutest cat you've ever met).

*Location*

Newick Road is moments from Millfields Park, Hackney Downs, Springfield Park and Hackney Marshes + the River Lea, so you've got green space, water, and towpath walks/runs right on your doorstep, plus its round the corner from Clapton Station. Nearby are loads of pubs cafes and shops. Lower Clapton road on one side, and Chatsworth Road on the other.
