Double room in flat share, Lower Clapton/Hackney

I'm looking for a new flatmate for our lovely cosy flatshare in Lower Clapton/Hackney. The new lease starts from mid-November but we may be able to be flexible on the move-in date beforehand.

The room is a double room in a 2-bed mews flat, comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (mirror and desk belong to current tenant).

Rent will be £1000 per month, excluding bills which are normally around £120-£140 a month (including council tax, which is Band C).

The flat is a great location, about 5-10 minutes from both Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, and a bus stop with plenty routes about 2 minutes from our front door. We're close to the major supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, and other local amenities.

You'll be sharing with me (Deirdre) - I'm 30 years old and Irish, and I work in publishing. I love the theatre and reading, exploring London, and a trip to the pub. I'm easygoing and the flat has a really relaxed feel to it and is quite lowkey, and we do take care of it as best we can, so I'm ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe. Always happy to hang out, watch tv or go the pub, but equally I like to do my own thing and respect each other's space.
