Double room in 4 bed terraced house in Mile End

Hey! We are looking for a new housemate for our 4 bed house in Mile End. We are a sociable house, we like to chat in the kitchen and occasionally share a meal but also work very different schedules and respectful of this.
We are looking for someone with a similar mindset, ideally in their 30's.
Move in date is flexible but ideally by mid-February.

About the room

The room is £780 a month not including bills. Bills are normally around £130 for the month including council tax and a bit higher in winter. The room is available form beginning of October.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, clothes rail and shelves.

We also have a shared living room, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a cellar and a garden.

Current flatmates

Tom works for a uni and travels a lot for work but when he's home he studies for his counselling course, does muay thai or likes a drink & listening to blues

Saverio is a pastry chef and likes to discover new restaurants in his free time. He’s also the interior decorator and plant dad of the house

Zoe works in HR and enjoys live music, museums & galleries and spending the summer in London‘s parks

Socrates is a cat from the neighbourhood who decided to move in last year and now lives with us for the most part

Transport

We are a 8 minute walk from Mile End station (Central, district and H&C lines), 10 min walk from Bow Road (District and H&C), 13 min walk from Bow Church (DLR) and multiple bus routes.

We are about a 10 minute walk from a big Tesco and other shops. We’re close to Mile End park and are about a 15 -20 minute walk from Victoria park.
