Renting out my second bedroom.

You'll have exclusive use of the main bathroom and shared use of the open plan kitchen, dining room and living area.
My flat is fully furnished with a desk in the room and super fast fibre broadband if you need to work from home.

Amenities:
Flat is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher.

I'm looking for a working professional (preferably female) to share my space and the room will be available soon.

Local area:
🛍 We have 3 grocery shops on the high street (~5 min walk from the flat)
☕ There are lots of local independent coffee shops, plus a Starbucks (<3 min walk away)
🚌 Canary Wharf is visible from my flat, a 10 minute bus ride, Hackney is a 20 minute bus ride away.
🚆 Mile End station is two blocks away from the flat, with access to the District, Hammersmith & City and Central lines:
- 20 mins to Oxford Circus
- 10 mins to Stratford
- 5 mins to Liverpool Street
Mile End itself is a quiet, residential part of town, with access to the famous Victoria Park and hosts 7 quiet gastro pubs.
