Our four-bedroom house is shared by a friendly and respectful household:

* Tyra and Zola – friendly, relaxed and respectful.

We’re looking for someone who will enjoy living in a clean, organised, open-minded and welcoming environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy.

The house offers:

✅ Spacious upstairs bathroom with a shower.

✅ Separate toilet downstairs, conveniently located next to the kitchen and the available bedroom.

✅ Wi-Fi included.

✅ Weekly house cleaning every Saturday to keep the shared areas clean and organised.

This is a large, bright and fully furnished double bedroom, available for one person only.

The room comes with:

* King-size bed and comfortable mattress.
* Two bedside tables.
* Extra-large built-in wardrobe with full-length mirrors.
* 53-inch TV.
* Desk for studying or working from home.
* Office chair with wheels.
* Comfortable corner sofa.
* Large private fridge.
* Electric heater.
* Retractable wall-mounted clothes airer.
* Two spacious storage drawers underneath the bed.
* Large window stretching across the room.
* Full-width blackout curtains, allowing you to enjoy natural daylight or complete darkness and privacy whenever you prefer.

The room offers plenty of space to relax, work, study and unwind, making it feel like your own private living space.

The house is ideally located just 4 minutes’ walk from Mile End Underground Station, offering excellent transport connections across London.

You’ll have access to:

🚇 Hammersmith & City Line

Stratford and Westfield Shopping Centre are also nearby, offering a fantastic choice of shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and entertainment.

The area also has plenty of parks, green spaces and local amenities to enjoy.

💡 Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and considerate housemate who:

* Is a professional or student.
* Is sociable and enjoys a friendly household while respecting everyone’s privacy.
* Is LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+-friendly.
* Keeps their room and shared spaces clean and tidy.
* Is looking for a long-term home, with a minimum stay of six months.
* Appreciates a relaxed, respectful and organised living environment.

Working from home is absolutely fine.

Guests are welcome, provided everyone in the household is informed in advance through the house group chat. Guest stays are limited to a maximum of 15 days, and everyone should be kept informed of the arrangements.

💰 Rent and Details

Rent: £1,200 per month
Deposit: £600
Bills: All included – electricity, gas, water, council tax and Wi-Fi.
Cleaning fee: £20 per month, covering the weekly house clean.
Available from: 29 November 2026
Minimum stay: 6 months
Occupancy: Single person only
