Two Rooms Available in Mile End

Two rooms available from 19 October in our gorgeous house in Mile End. Just a few minutes walk from the tube (Central/District/Hammersmith and City line) our flat is on a quiet street and split over the basement and ground floor of the house.

Looking for two working professional females aged 25+.

One room is upstairs next to the third bedroom (my room) with the bathrooms. The person in this bedroom would take the gas and water bills.

Second room is downstairs next to the kitchen. Only bedroom on this floor. The person in this room will take the electricity and wifi bills.

We have a kitchen and large living room downstairs (that always stays cool in the summer, bonus!) and a gorgeous massive terrace we share with the other building tenants. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath/shower.

You’ll be sharing with me, Emma, a 32 year old Irish female working in marketing and looking for similar people to keep the chill vibe of the flat. I am fully remote but often travel for lengths of time. Would prefer female housemates with a similar 9-5 office situation and who are happy to keep our place clean and keep the flat peaceful during the work week.

Definitely not a party house and we’re looking for a non-smoker. No couples unfortunately as the rooms are for one person only. Not suitable for students or pets.

Water, electricity, wifi and council tax come to ~£100 a month and we just split them amongst ourselves.

References and deposit will be needed.
