I’m looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom flat. It’s a modern flat on the 1st floor with a large balcony overlooking a landscaped entrance. There are 2 good sized double bedrooms with built in mirrored wardrobes and the room available has its own en suite bathroom.
We will share a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all the usual built in appliances and a large lounge area. There is also a utility room with a washing/dryer machine.
The Flat is really good for transport, being near Mile End Central Line (7 min walk) and DLR, District stations. There is a Sainsbury’s 1 min away in a new modern development and there are a lot of green spaces within easy access including Mile End Park and Victoria Park.
Council Tax is Band C
