Meet Your Hosts: Holly & Luis 🧗‍♂️🌿
Hey! We’re Holly and Luis. We’re heading off on a dream adventure—trekking through the rainforests of Borneo and rock climbing the limestone crags of Vietnam. We love our East London sanctuary and are looking for a tidy individual or couple to enjoy it while we’re away!

The Dates
We have two separate windows available (perfect for short stays or those between tenures):

Slot 1: 3rd April – 20th April (17 days)

Slot 2: 4th May – 4th June (Full Month)

The Room: Top-Floor Privacy
Dual Aspects: Two windows with all-day natural light (watch the sunrise & sunset!).

Spacious: Plenty of floor space—easily fits two yoga mats.

Prime Spot: Located on the top floor directly next to the bathroom (no stairs needed!).

Fully Equipped: Double bed, large WFH desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, heated clothes airer, and our leafy plants (Rubber plant, Snake plant, Ctenanthe).

The House, Kitchen & Margo 🐾
Housemates: You’ll share with 4 friendly professionals (an Actor, a CBT student/OT, a Shop Manager, and a Film Producer) and Margo, our Chihuahua.

Kitchen & Storage: Fully shared kitchen (feel free to use our cutlery, pots, and pans!). You’ll have your own mini-fridge and dedicated cupboard space.

Bathroom: Everyone has varied schedules, so it's almost always free (rarely a "rush hour").

Unbeatable Location
Transport: 3-min walk to Mile End Station (Central, District, H&C). Excellent bus links to Canary Wharf, Hackney, and Dalston.

Nature: 2-min walk to Mile End Park & Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park; 15-min canal walk to Victoria Park.

Shops: 3-min to local Co-op/Sainsbury’s; 10-min to Big Tesco/Sainsbury's.

Slot 1: 3rd April – 20th April (17 days)

Single: £595 + bills

Couple: £652 + bills

Slot 2: 4th May – 4th June (Full Month)

Single: £1,050 + bills

Couple: £1,150 + bills

(For the shorter April slot, price will be pro-rated. Bills are usually ~£40pp).
